The role
Forward Solutions Network needs a hands-on social manager to run its UK Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, from planning and filming to community and creator work. It's 15 hours a week, remote, reporting to the Head of Digital.
What you'll do
- Run the UK content calendar with locally relevant ideas
- Film, photograph and edit recipe and lifestyle videos, some on camera
- Write platform-specific copy and manage comments and DMs
- Coordinate influencer outreach, gifting campaigns and content delivery
- Track performance and share insights with the international team

Must-haves
- Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including Reels and Stories
- Strong grasp of UK consumer culture, humour and trends
- Proven social media management, ideally for established consumer brands
- Experience with creator collaborations and gifting campaigns
- Available 15 hours a week and for occasional UK events
