The role
JST Studio needs a remote editor to cut short-form and YouTube content for its F&B and hospitality clients from footage its team shoots. Work comes from established retainer clients, as freelance, part-time or full-time.
What you'll do
- Edit 15 to 45 second Reels and Xiaohongshu-style videos
- Edit YouTube videos, from longer brand features to channel content
- Cut brand videos for campaigns and seasonal launches
- Keep a consistent, polished look across each client's content
- Organise and archive project files, and turn around revisions quickly
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Portfolio of short-form and YouTube edits, ideally food, drink or hospitality
- Strong Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve skills
- Good sound, pacing and colour work
- Methodical file naming, folder structure and archiving
- Reliable communication and ability to run with a brief
