The role
You'll plan and make how-to and project videos that walk home DIYers through builds, from furniture to interior fit-outs. You'll also run shoots and direct outside agencies.
What you'll do
- Develop how-to, tutorial and project videos around the brand's products
- Plan projects from the DIYer's view and write clear, workable steps
- Plan, organise and lead video and photo shoots
- Brief and manage external agencies producing video and photo content
- Share tips on avoiding common mistakes and feed hands-on insight back to product teams

- Hands-on skill with a workbench, workshop or building site
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to motivate people around a project
- An eye for visuals and for showing work steps clearly
- Ability to structure and explain steps so beginners can follow
- Willingness to learn the products and audiences in depth

- A trade background such as carpentry, metalwork, drywall or installation
- Video experience, which is a plus but not required
