The role
Axiom Space needs an in-house creator to shoot, edit and deliver all video and photo content solo, for social media and event coverage. You'll mix high-production pieces with day-in-the-life content, often on 24-hour turnarounds.
What you'll do
- Pitch and create unique video and photo content every week
- Shoot, edit and archive assets for social media and events
- Coordinate filming with NASA, launch providers and 3rd party film teams
- Work with private astronaut customers and their organizations
- Plan site visits, clearances and treatments, and solve problems in real time

- Experience editing video and photos for social media
- Experience coordinating media projects with the U.S. Government, such as NASA
- Experience filming in export-controlled or sensitive settings
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to hit milestones
- Eligibility for export control screening (ITAR/EAR)
