The role
You'll script, shoot and edit short-form video for Migrando's social channels, working with its lawyers to make legal topics clear and emotional. You get a content budget and room to test formats.
What you'll do
- Script and finalise short-video concepts for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Plan and run video shoots from idea to upload
- Analyse views, watch time and engagement, then optimise
- Turn legal topics into stories with the lawyer team
- Reply to comments and DMs to build the community

Must-haves
- Several years of hands-on content experience; formal degrees are secondary
- Storytelling and scripting for short video with strong hooks and CTAs
- Grasp of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube algorithms
- Engagement-first mindset, with engagement rate as your metric
- German or English, ideally both (around B2)
Nice to have
- Video editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Comfort appearing on camera yourself
- Knowledge of the interests and problems of foreigners in Germany
