The role
You'll create content for social media, internal channels, campaigns and the website for a high-voltage grid business unit. Expect regular site visits and interviews with engineers and project teams.
What you'll do
- Create audience-focused content for social media, internal channels, campaigns and the website
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, effective content
- Find topics and stories across the organisation on your own
- Interview specialists and work with project teams and operational units
- Visit construction sites, projects and events to capture authentic content
What they're looking for
- Degree or training in marketing, communications or a similar creative field
- Several years creating content for different formats and platforms, agency or in-house
- Very good feel for language and the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Self-directed, structured way of working with strong initiative
- Willingness to travel often within Germany and interest in technical topics
