The role
Baxter Media needs an editor to turn its editorial output into platform-specific social and digital content, and to run the daily TravelPress Today newsletter. You'll work with the sales, marketing and live events heads and report to the Executive Editor and Publisher.
What you'll do
- Create social-ready content from editorial priorities
- Write headlines, captions, blurbs and promotional copy
- Publish and schedule content across digital and social channels
- Shoot and edit video for digital and social
- Develop and edit the TravelPress Today daily newsletter
What they're looking for
- Experience in digital content production or social media
- Strong familiarity with social platforms, CMS tools, scheduling systems and analytics
- Strong writing, editing and digital packaging skills
- Basic visual content sensibility with creative assets
- Ability to work quickly while keeping accuracy and brand consistency
