The role
NZAB needs a remote editor to cut footage from its on-site team into short-form social clips, educational videos and VSLs. Everything goes through clinical and compliance sign-off before it publishes.
What you'll do
- Cut long recordings into Instagram Reels and TikTok videos with strong hooks
- Edit video sales letters for landing pages and produce alternate versions for testing
- Add captions, lower thirds and branded graphics, and keep templates consistent
- Flag sensitive or non-compliant content and follow approval steps before publishing
- Review retention and engagement data to shape future edits

Must-haves
- Portfolio showing both long-form and short-form editing
- Experience editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok, plus VSLs for landing pages
- Able to edit medical or technical content accurately within compliance rules
- Strong English and the ability to manage multiple remote projects
- Hardware that can process and export high-resolution video
Nice to have
- Experience editing for healthcare or other regulated businesses
- Familiarity with New Zealand healthcare advertising requirements
