The role
You'll edit a constant stream of hooks and variations for Meta, YouTube and TikTok, working beside the paid media buyer. You'll also mine creator footage and turn it into ads that feel native to each audience.
What you'll do
- Edit ad cuts, hooks and variations for Meta, YouTube and TikTok
- Test opening frames, text, pacing, captions and audio to stop the scroll
- Read hook rate, watch time, CTR and ROAS with the paid media buyer
- Turn authors' YouTube and podcast footage into native-feeling ads
- Cut long-form video into shorts, verticals, thumbnails and frames

Must-haves
- Reel of video ad creative that ran on paid channels
- Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent
- Grasp of platform-native formats across Meta, YouTube and TikTok
- Comfort iterating quickly from performance data
- Belief in the brand's faith- and values-based mission
Nice to have
- Motion graphics and sound design
- Shooting as well as editing UGC and creator content
- Experience with eCommerce, subscription or faith-based brands
