The role
You'll grow the brand's TikTok by filming on-camera and AI-assisted videos that explain futures trading and its trader challenges. You'll run the account day to day and repurpose clips for Reels and Shorts.
What you'll do
- Plan, script, film and edit 4-6 short videos a week, on camera and voice-over
- Produce AI-assisted content: memes, avatars, voices, generated b-roll and motion graphics
- Run the TikTok account daily: posting, comments, DMs, Lives and community replies
- Track views, watch time and link clicks, and report weekly on what to change
- Hand the performance team ad-ready creatives and hooks, within financial compliance rules

Must-haves
- Portfolio of self-made short-form videos, at least one clear outperformer
- Comfort and natural confidence on camera
- Strong video editing skills in CapCut
- Hands-on use of AI image and voice tools like Midjourney and ElevenLabs
- Good spoken and written English

- Interest in trading, futures or personal finance
- Grew a brand account or your own account past 10K followers
- Content in Hungarian, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic
