You'll design most of what the company publishes on social, with LinkedIn as the main channel, using AI tools daily. It suits an early-career designer ready for a big step up in a growing team.
What you'll do
- Design LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, motion graphics and event promotion
- Make graphics for the newsletter, blog, podcast artwork and two shows
- Produce original visuals with generative image and video tools
- Turn briefs into finished work and push back when a brief is unclear
- Track post performance and use it to shape the next round

Must-haves
- Portfolio showing social-first design work
- Strong Figma and Canva skills, plus experience building in Framer
- Regular hands-on use of Midjourney, Higgsfield and models like Kling
- Clear grasp of what earns reach and engagement on LinkedIn
- Right to work in the UK and based in the UK
Nice to have
- Motion design or video editing experience
- Proven audience growth with numbers, plus B2B design experience
- Confidence writing short copy for posts and graphics
