The role
You'll run video editing across paid and organic social for a supplements brand building its founding marketing team. You'll test hooks, pacing and CTAs and help shape how the brand looks everywhere.
What you'll do
- Edit performance-first video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Test different hooks, pacing and CTAs across ad edits
- Make social-native organic edits that feel authentic and on-brand
- Build templates, file structures and asset libraries to produce at scale
- Use AI tools like MidJourney and Veo3 to speed up ideation and production
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Proven social and/or performance video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of social-first work across TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Solid grasp of direct-response editing principles
- Strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, or similar
- Motion design skills: graphics, titles and simple animation

- Able to shoot content on a camera or iPhone
