The role
Edit high volumes of short-form performance ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, mixing UGC, creator footage and AI-generated video. You'll also write scripts and hooks and shape the creative strategy behind ads.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from strategist briefs
- Generate AI video, avatars and voiceovers, then fix them to look like real ads
- Write direct-response scripts, hooks and CTAs for UGC, creator and AI-avatar ads
- Build one-variable test versions of winning ads for structured A/B testing
- Review Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA and ROAS, then re-edit weak spots
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 4+ years editing, including 2+ on paid social ads for DTC or eCommerce
- Portfolio of AI-generated ads, with tools used and your role in each
- Hundreds of paid social ads produced, with measurable results
- Daily use of AI video tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs
- Expert Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
- After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or motion graphics skills
- Experience with pet or health and wellness brands
- Love of animals
