The role
You'll make digital-first video for YouTube, Shorts and Reels around well-known children's and family characters, mixing classic craft with AI tools. You'll also help shape the team's AI workflows and production processes.
What you'll do
- Produce digital-first content from short episodes to YouTube videos, Shorts and Reels
- Develop new storylines, formats and creative concepts for existing and new IPs
- Use AI to create video, image, voice, audio, music and text content
- Create and edit voiceovers, dialogue and character voices
- Track trends on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram and adapt content per platform

Must-haves
- Hands-on experience in content creation, video, editing, animation or social
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar editing tool
- Interest in or experience with generative AI for video, image, voice or text
- Interest in voiceover production and audio editing
- Very good German and English
Nice to have
- Experience with AI video or AI voice tools
- Motion design, animation, graphics, sound or 3D skills
- Portfolio, showreel or YouTube channel
