The role
You'll make Reels, Shorts and TikToks for Loving New York and Loving London, working beside the face of the brand in a Hamburg studio. The role covers concepts, scripts, shoots and editing.
What you'll do
- Develop short-form concepts and scripts for Reels, Shorts, TikToks and Stories
- Cut long-form videos into short clips built to perform on social
- Join video shoots with Steffen and contribute ideas on set
- Take over your own publications and build a portfolio within the brand
- Help build Steffen's personal brand around New York and London
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Feel for how TikTok, Reels and Shorts work, and the ability to execute it
- Fast, sharp editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or a tool of your choice
- Active on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, with a sense for trends, sounds and hooks
- Storytelling skill: structuring content and turning small moments into stories
- Willingness to work onsite in the Melting Studios, not remote
