The role
Medicare is growing its Studio Digital team and needs an in-house creator to shoot and edit social-first video on location. You'll work solo on real shoots and alongside the Social Media, Content, Employer Branding and Motion Design teams.
What you'll do
- Shoot video, photo and sound on your own in real-world settings
- Film interviews, testimonials and behind-the-scenes with clients and health professionals
- Cover events and activations from start to finish
- Edit Reels, Shorts and other social-first formats
- Turn one shoot into several pieces for different channels
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Portfolio showing content you both shot and edited
- Hands-on skills in composition, sound and lighting
- Experience making vertical, short-form digital content
- Fluency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
- Ability to plan and run shoots without a production crew
Nice to have
- Degree in audiovisual, multimedia or a similar field
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up or sharpen production
