The role
You'll own the training content for a real estate tech company's customers and support team, from learning paths to release materials. You'll work with Product, Sales, Support and Marketing to turn updates into clear learning.
What you'll do
- Own the enablement content roadmap, standards, templates and content lifecycle
- Design persona-based learning journeys and curricula for customers and employees
- Create presentations, guides, videos, microlearning modules and knowledge articles
- Turn product updates into customer-facing and employee-facing training for each release
- Measure content with learner feedback, assessments and usage data, then improve it

Must-haves
- Background in instructional design, training, enablement or content development
- Built structured training programs for multiple audiences
- Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling
- Content across formats: presentations, written guides, digital learning, video
- Project management and stakeholder management, including SME reviews

- Experience with LMS, authoring, video-production or knowledge-management tools
- SaaS, technology or real estate tech experience
