The role
GoodPower needs an on-camera creator to own short-form video end to end across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You'll turn research and campaigns into planned and rapid-response content.
What you'll do
- Own short-form video from concept and script to filming, hosting and editing
- Turn clean energy and affordability issues into clear, social-first content
- Produce rapid-response videos tied to news and platform trends
- Test new formats, platform features and creator trends
- Make Instagram carousels, static memes and Canva assets as needed

Must-haves
- Portfolio of short-form video showing editing and on-camera presence
- Ability to concept, script, shoot and edit independently
- Mobile-first editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, CapCut or InShot
- Strong grasp of hooks, pacing and internet culture across short-form platforms
- Excellent English communication and Google Apps skills
Nice to have
- Experience with advocacy, nonprofit, clean energy or issue-based campaigns
- Canva experience and rapid-response content tied to news
- Experience with AI tools in content production, or willingness to learn
