The role
You'll run day-to-day social for Pastor Dharius Daniels and related brands at CHANGE Church, cutting long-form teaching into short video. The role is onsite and works closely with senior leadership.
What you'll do
- Edit sermons and teachings into Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikToks
- Manage daily social for Pastor Dharius Daniels, Daniels Den and Real Life Seminary
- Build content calendars and schedule posts across brands and platforms
- Write captions, hooks and descriptions in each brand's voice
- Track analytics and report what to change to leadership

Must-haves
- Portfolio showing storytelling, short-form video and measurable results
- Experience managing multiple social accounts or brands at once
- Short-form editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar
- Born-again Christian aligned with CHANGE Church's statement of faith
- Availability for occasional evenings, weekends and church events
Nice to have
- Experience supporting executive brands, public figures or ministries
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
