The role
A hands-on production role at a social-first agency: you shoot, edit and deliver platform-native content, from quick-turn reactive posts to campaign work. You stay behind the camera and mentor the team on production workflows.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit social-first content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and more
- Own content from capture through colour, sound, graphics, captions and delivery
- Direct non-professional talent and subjects on set
- Turn briefs and campaign assets into social-first edits and cutdowns
- Pitch formats, hooks and series ideas while mentoring the team on workflows
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Portfolio or reel showing strong shooting and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Comfortable shooting on professional cameras and phones
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, framing and pacing
- Cover letter with 3+ shooting and 3+ editing links, each explained
Nice to have
- After Effects experience
- CapCut or DaVinci Resolve experience
