The role
Plan, shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok around a new sticker-nonogram puzzle line, and run its influencer program. Starts at about 10 hours a week, with a path to full-time Social Media Manager.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form video and photos for Instagram and TikTok
- Spot puzzle trends, formats and sounds early and turn them into content fast
- Find and recruit puzzle and craft creators for influencer collaborations
- Engage with the puzzle community in comments and DMs
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- A genuine love of puzzles, from nonograms and sudoku to jigsaws
- Based in Toronto or the GTA, free for in-person product pickups
- Portfolio of short-form content (your own account counts)
- Strong feel for Reels and TikTok: hooks, pacing, captions, trends
- Shoot and edit independently; a phone and CapCut or similar is fine
Nice to have
- Experience running UGC or influencer campaigns for a consumer brand
- An existing puzzle, craft or cozy-hobby audience
- Experience with Canva, Notion or a scheduling tool
