The role
Phoenix needs a senior editor to lead post-production across Phoenix and Raven, cutting short-form DTC and UGC-style ads while mentoring the editing team. You'll be both a hands-on editor and a creative lead.
What you'll do
- Own the editing style and post-production standards across Phoenix and Raven
- Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Mentor editors and review their work for quality and brand consistency
- Build editing guidelines, templates and workflows from footage handoff to delivery
- Test new editing styles and formats with Creative Strategists and production

Must-haves
- Strong portfolio of short-form, social-first storytelling
- Experience mentoring or reviewing other editors' work
- Advanced Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve skills
- Experience managing editing workflows, versioning and multiple deliverables
- Comfortable working on-site with creative, production and marketing teams
Nice to have
- Motion graphics and animation skills in After Effects
- Experience in healthcare, wellness or other regulated industries
- Professional use of AI video generation, editing or automation tools
