The role
You'll run the clinic's front desk and its social channels, from welcoming clients to planning and posting content. The role also covers local marketing and tracking what drives bookings.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients, schedule appointments and manage intake forms
- Plan, create and publish content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Manage a content calendar covering services, promotions, events and team culture
- Reply to followers, comments, messages and client reviews
- Support local events and partnerships, and track engagement and bookings

- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A good eye for photo and video content
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs
