The role
You'll own creator and influencer partnerships from recruiting and contracts through campaign reporting. The work covers external creators and in-house hosts, correspondents and contributors.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard and manage creators, influencers, podcasters and digital partners
- Negotiate terms, compensation and deliverables with creators, agencies and reps
- Run creator payments: budget tracking, invoicing, reconciliation and reporting
- Coach in-house talent on platform best practices and audience growth
- Track campaign performance and turn the data into recommendations

Must-haves
- Experience managing creator deals from negotiation through campaign execution
- Contract negotiation and creator compensation program experience
- Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and social analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FTC influencer disclosure requirements
- Background in media, news, broadcast, digital publishing or talent management
- Degree in marketing, communications, PR, business or media
