The role
CapsLock needs an editor-designer to turn raw footage into short-form social video and supporting graphics for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You'll work with the social media team and tie creative choices to engagement data.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form videos with strong hooks and pacing for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Add captions, music, voiceovers, sound effects and transitions to raw footage
- Create motion graphics, thumbnails, overlays, static posts and Stories
- Adapt videos to different platforms, aspect ratios and specs
- Review performance with the social team and improve on engagement and retention data

Must-haves
- Portfolio of short-form editing, motion graphics and graphic design
- Editing tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook formats and trends
- Remote work within the CET time zone
