The role
You'll run social accounts for a Jewish civil rights legal organization and its grassroots movement, turning raw footage and news into short-form content. The role covers content, community engagement and performance reporting.
What you'll do
- Create and publish videos, Reels, graphics and carousels across six platforms
- Turn raw footage from rallies, events and interviews into short-form video
- Repurpose long videos into multiple platform-specific pieces
- Manage comments, DMs and relationships with influencers and journalists
- Track performance data and report on ways to improve results

Must-haves
- 3+ years managing social accounts and creating content
- Portfolio of content you personally created (applications without one are rejected)
- Links to accounts you've managed, with follower counts at the time
- Experience adapting long-form content into short-form video
- Working knowledge of Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
Nice to have
- Personally managed an account with 100,000+ followers
- Experience with nonprofit, advocacy, legal, political or media organizations
- Familiarity with ManyChat and Linktree
