The role
You'll run short-form video from idea to publish for a plastic-free personal care brand moving from performance marketing to storytelling. You'll work directly with the Founder and appear on camera yourself.
What you'll do
- Make short-form video that earns attention in the first two seconds
- Tell the story behind the products with the Founder
- Turn customer stories and reviews into trusted content
- Appear on camera and build natively for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
- Own the content calendar and report honestly on what worked

Must-haves
- Short-form video for a brand, agency or yourself, with work to show
- Clear command of hooks: you can explain why an opening works
- Natural and comfortable on camera
- Strong written English for captions, scripts and product copy
- Already living in Hong Kong with the right to work; no visa sponsorship

- Able to say specifically what you'd change in an underperforming post
