The role
You'll produce Reels, short-form video and social ads for a brand-focused agency's clients, handling shooting, editing and motion work yourself. The role is social-first and based on site with the team.
What you'll do
- Develop and produce short-form video, Reels and social ads from concept to final asset
- Plan and shoot with professional camera, lighting and sound setups
- Edit, grade and sound-design content for each platform and format
- Build motion graphics, animated type and title animations in After Effects
- Work with creative direction, design, strategy and project management

Must-haves
- Showreel or portfolio with strong social videos, editing and motion design
- Confident with professional video cameras, lighting and audio recording
- Strong Premiere Pro and good to very good After Effects skills
- Feel for hooks, rhythm and storytelling in short formats
- Experience with generative AI tools for ideas, variants and post-production
