The role
You'll edit high volumes of short-form ads, mixing UGC, creator footage and AI video, and help shape the scripts and concepts behind them. You'll work in-house with creative strategists and paid media.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from strategist briefs
- Write direct-response scripts, hooks and CTAs for UGC, creator and AI-avatar ads
- Generate and fix AI video, avatars and voiceovers so they hold up as real ads
- Build many variations of winning ads for structured A/B tests
- Review hook rate, CTR, CPA and ROAS with the team, then re-edit weak spots
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 4+ years editing, including 2+ on paid social ads for DTC or eCommerce
- Portfolio of AI-generated ads, with tools used and your role in each
- Hundreds of paid social ads produced, with measurable results
- Daily use of AI video tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, HeyGen and ElevenLabs
- Expert in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, with strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
- After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or motion graphics skills
- Experience with pet or health and wellness brands
- Love of animals
