The role
FOX Carolina News is hiring a Social Video Producer for Arizona's Family, who'll turn long-form streaming and podcast episodes into platform-native short video. You'll own the content pipeline, calendar and analytics.
What you'll do
- Clip long-form shows and podcasts into hooks for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook and X
- Shoot and edit teasers, trailers, behind-the-scenes, host spotlights and audiograms
- Plan and publish content calendars across every platform
- Track views, watch time and conversions, then refine strategy
- Coach field crews and hosts to build personal brands that amplify the shows

Must-haves
- Expert short-form skills: hooks in the first 2 seconds
- Platform-native thinking, not simple repurposing
- Copywriting for captions, CTAs and on-screen text
- Experience growing a podcast, streaming show, YouTube channel or creator brand
- Self-starter who pitches ideas and owns the content pipeline
Nice to have
- Audiogram tools such as Headliner or Descript
- Podcast distribution platforms: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeart
- After Effects motion graphics or streaming platform management (Roku, Fire, YouTube TV)
