The role
You'll be the creative and the face behind agency clients' TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts content, filming on mobile and editing in CapCut. The work spans comedy skits, street interviews and live event capture.
What you'll do
- Generate platform-native ideas and micro-scripts for skits and repeatable series
- Film and perform on camera in public, from vox pops to unscripted moments
- Edit fast social cuts in CapCut, with variants for testing
- Track trends and pitch weekly recommendations on what to make next
- Use performance learnings to shape future concepts

- Proven ability to concept, film and edit social content end-to-end
- Strong CapCut skills: captions, effects, pacing, sound
- Confident on camera in public, including vox pops and comedy skits
- Clean mobile video with solid audio and basic lighting instincts
