The role
You'll plan and produce short-form video and social content for a neuroprevention centre, from reels and interviews to soft recruiting films. It's a permanent in-house role built around authentic, non-advertising storytelling.
What you'll do
- Create and run social content for LinkedIn, Instagram and possibly YouTube
- Plan and produce reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes and storytelling videos
- Support soft-recruiting and employer branding videos
- Edit simple videos: cuts, subtitles and social formatting
- Plan content with marketing and medical experts and help shape strategy

Must-haves
- Film/video training or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on content or video production experience; personal projects count
- Confident with camera, drone and video apps
- Basic editing skills in Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
- Very good German and English
