The role
Alayd needs someone to run creator campaigns end to end, from sourcing influencers to reporting results, and to step in front of or behind the camera on shoots. You'll work across several client campaigns at once.
What you'll do
- Source, vet and manage creators across multiple client campaigns
- Set creative direction and write scripts and briefs for creator content
- Act as the day-to-day link between clients and creators
- Film and create content on-site with clients
- Track campaign performance and report on what's working

- Experience in influencer marketing or talent or creator management
- Creative instincts: write a hook, direct a shoot, know what performs
- Comfortable on camera and creating content yourself
- Organised enough to juggle several client campaigns
- Portfolio or reel showing creative work and campaigns you've run
