The role
Source.ai needs an in-house video creator to make employer branding and internal comms content that shows its culture. You'll run the whole process, from ideas and scripts to filming, editing and photoshoots.
What you'll do
- Create video and photo content for employer branding and internal comms
- Own the process from idea generation to post-production
- Plan logistics for photoshoots and shoot the photos yourself
- Maintain video equipment and manage digital files and assets
- Capture daily company life and work with teams across the organization

- Proficiency with HD cameras, shot composition and lighting
- Knowledge of video production tools and software
- Experience writing scripts and content ideas from scratch
- Fluent Lithuanian and English, written and spoken
- Experience with AI video generation tools
