The role
nithar needs an in-house creator to run video production from concept to delivery, focused on internal communications and company culture. You'll plan, shoot, direct and edit, with short-form social cuts when needed.
What you'll do
- Own video production from planning and filming to directing and editing
- Shoot company events, employee activities and team achievements
- Develop concepts and storylines for internal communication videos
- Handle camera, lighting, audio and shot composition on every shoot
- Cut Reels, Stories and short-form video for internal and social channels

Must-haves
- Saudi national based in Al Khobar
- Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
- Experience with internal comms, corporate or employee engagement video
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok and Snapchat formats
- Ability to plan shoots and manage equipment independently
Nice to have
- Portfolio of filming, production and editing work
- Experience working with brands, corporate teams or marketing departments
