The role
You'll plan and produce content from concept to publish, including short-form video, captions and visuals, for an onsite in-house team. You'll also manage the content calendar and use performance data to improve what you make.
What you'll do
- Develop content concepts, scripts, captions and promotional copy
- Film, coordinate and edit short-form video and visual content
- Manage content calendars and support campaigns across social channels
- Adapt content to each platform's format and audience instead of duplicating it
- Track trends, competitors and performance metrics to shape future content

- Strong written and verbal communication, with engaging copywriting
- Familiarity with Reels, Stories and other short-form, social-first formats
- Video and design software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva or CapCut
- Good visual judgment: composition, typography, layout and branding
- Organized enough to handle calendars, deadlines and several projects at once
Nice to have
- Basic photography, videography, lighting or audio knowledge
- Understanding of metrics such as reach, impressions and conversion
- Degree in marketing, communications, media, journalism or design
