The role
Outback Organics needs a waxing specialist to teach beginner to masterclass courses and appear in tutorials, product demos and Instagram reels. You'll also help shape the brand's growing training academy.
What you'll do
- Teach beginner, specialist and advanced waxing courses, including intimate waxing
- Develop specialist masterclasses and help shape course materials
- Demonstrate salon-ready technique and product use to therapists
- Appear in tutorials, product demos, reels and behind-the-scenes videos
- Build relationships with therapists, salons and the wider beauty community
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Beauty therapy qualification, ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Extensive professional waxing experience with a genuine specialism
- Strong intimate waxing knowledge and confidence teaching advanced techniques
- Clear, warm practical demonstration and teaching style
- Confidence on camera and willingness to feature in social and video content
Nice to have
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent
- Experience delivering waxing training or masterclasses
- Experience filming tutorials or creating social content
