The role
You'll make motion-first and lo-fi video for social and paid media, using generative AI across the process. The role reports to the Art Direction manager and is meant for someone already fluent in AI-powered design and editing.
What you'll do
- Develop motion-first social and paid content that brings static concepts to life
- Shoot lo-fi video in stores, the office and self-built setups
- Use generative AI for concepting, image and video creation, editing and versioning
- Lead projects from storyboard to final delivery and present them to stakeholders
- Mentor creators, freelancers and agency partners, and share AI workflow best practice

- Portfolio showing motion design, video editing and AI-enabled creative work
- Expert-level After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Short-form video experience using phones, cameras and lightweight kit
- Hands-on generative AI use for image, video, editing and versioning
- Experience creating content for digital, social and paid media
Nice to have
- CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Figma or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with generative platforms like Veo, Nano Banana or Weavy
- Retail, B2B or omnichannel marketing experience
