The role
SULI is looking for an in-house creator to run its social channels and turn driving instructors' expertise into finished posts and learning videos. You'll work on site in Wil, with an in-house Multimedia Producer handling most editing on bigger shoots.
What you'll do
- Develop post, video and series ideas that fit SULI and its audience
- Run the editorial calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the website
- Write scripts and shot lists, and book shoot times with instructors
- Film with a smartphone or Sony cameras and publish Reels, Stories and posts
- Answer comments, track performance and use results to improve content
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Content you've made for your own or other channels, with examples to show
- Very good German, from short captions to video scripts
- Basic video skills: framing, lighting and clear audio
- Structured, forward-planning way of working
- Category B driver's license for trips to locations
Nice to have
- Video editing and image editing, e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro or Canva
- Experience with company channels, community management and Sony cameras
- Knowledge of paid social advertising
