The role
You'll be the go-to shooter in Miami, filming founders and creators from ready-made scripts alongside a producer. Shoots are booked in advance, and the schedule grows with the client roster.
What you'll do
- Film vertical short-form videos with clean framing, light and audio
- Set up and run multicam shoots for podcasts and interviews
- Light offices, studios and on-location setups
- Direct talent through takes so delivery feels natural
- Capture B-roll and upload organized footage the same day

Must-haves
- Portfolio or reel with short-form, interview or founder-style content
- Your own camera, audio and lighting kit, or reliable access to one
- Experience lighting and recording audio without a large crew
- Comfort directing founders and executives new to being on camera
- Own transportation to shoots in or near Miami
