The role
Townsquare Media wants an on-air host who also writes local articles, makes short-form video and signs local businesses as endorsement partners. It's a full-time, in-office role in El Paso.
What you'll do
- Host live on-air shows Monday through Friday
- Write and publish at least two local articles a day for the station site and app
- Create short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer segments
- Pitch and land endorsement and influencer deals with local businesses
- Represent the station at community events, remotes and client meetings
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Active video presence on TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts (show your pages)
- Track record of original written digital content
- Strong on-air presence and comfort on camera
- Willingness to learn NexGen and Adobe Audition
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a vehicle
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer marketing or sponsored content
- Knowledge of basic FCC rules
