The role
You'll run Instagram for a queer podcast, turning supplied clips into Reels, Stories and carousels. It's 10–15 hours a week on contract, with influencer outreach and monthly analytics.
What you'll do
- Edit podcast clips into Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels and quote cards
- Build a weekly content calendar and schedule posts via Meta Business Suite or Later
- Monitor trends, audio and competitor content to keep the brand relevant
- Reach out to queer creators, coordinate cross-posts and prepare guest promo packs
- Track basic analytics and report monthly on growth and engagement

Must-haves
- Proven Instagram Reels and short-form video work
- Strong design skills in Canva or Adobe Express
- Grasp of Instagram growth for audiences aged 20–35
- Familiarity with LGBTQIA+ culture, creators and community conversations
- An ABN, with monthly invoicing for hours worked
Nice to have
- Experience with queer media, arts, culture or community organisations
- Understanding of podcast marketing or interview-based content
- Connections in LGBTQIA+ creator networks
