The role
You'll own short-form video from concept to delivery for a climate and energy organization and its partners. The work runs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid media, with both planned and rapid response content.
What you'll do
- Own short-form video end to end, from concept and script to filming and delivery
- Host on camera and edit mobile-first video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and paid media
- Turn complex energy, jobs and affordability issues into clear social content
- Turn around rapid response content while juggling several projects
- Test new formats, platform features and creator trends

Must-haves
- Portfolio showing short-form video production, editing and on-camera presence
- Proven ability to concept, script, shoot and edit social video on your own
- Mobile-first editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, CapCut, InShot or similar
- Natural on-camera range, from clear explanation to entertainment-driven content
- Deep familiarity with internet culture, memes and platform-specific best practices
Nice to have
- Content for advocacy, nonprofit, clean energy or issue-based campaigns
- Canva experience for carousels, memes and social graphics
