The role
You'll make reels, graphics and posts for a software company's social channels and turn technical topics into content people want to watch. The role is onsite, with a 2 PM to 11 PM shift.
What you'll do
- Shoot, edit and produce trending reels and short-form videos
- Create graphics, videos and posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
- Schedule posts that line up with campaigns and product launches
- Turn technical concepts from the development team into audience-friendly content
- Track engagement metrics and trends, then optimize content for reach

Must-haves
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist
- Video editing and design tools, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop
- Strong grasp of social platforms, trends and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Available for the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM onsite shift
Nice to have
- Tech or software industry background
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and social media analytics
- Certification in a relevant field
