The role
You'll be the voice of a cinema accessibility brand, making short-form video and running its community in 18 markets, with a focus on France. It's a part-time role mixing a Berlin office and remote work.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and edit Reels, Stories and short videos in French, German and English
- Produce faster with AI tools and build efficient AI workflows
- Manage comments, DMs, WhatsApp groups and a regular newsletter
- Create accessible content with subtitles, alt text and audio description
- Build the French community and run ambassador programs and premiere campaigns
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Native French, plus good German and English, spoken and written
- Shoot and edit your own content (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, Canva)
- Daily, confident use of AI tools for text, image, video and audio
- Built or managed a community or channel, with results to show
- Genuine interest in inclusion and a love of cinema
Nice to have
- Sign language (LSF or DGS) or audio description and subtitling experience
- Network in the French cinema, creator or inclusion scene
- Experience with live formats, WhatsApp Business and social analytics
