The role
You'll shoot and edit content on job sites and run paid and organic social campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. You'll also handle the website, SEO and performance reporting.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch and optimize paid and organic social campaigns
- Direct and shoot photo and video on job sites, at events and at company initiatives
- Run the content calendar and keep the brand voice consistent
- Update website content and apply basic SEO
- Report monthly and quarterly on KPIs, ROI and growth recommendations

Must-haves
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns with budgeting
- Strong photography, videography and editing workflow skills
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or SEMrush, and a website CMS
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Drone experience
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and ad optimization
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
