The role
Shoot and edit educational videos, social content and video ads in the marketing team of a Croatian STEM startup. You'll build a portfolio of published videos for an international brand.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit educational videos on electronics, robots and coding
- Make Reels, TikToks, Shorts and longer YouTube videos with hooks, captions and thumbnails
- Turn one shoot into several ad versions for the paid ads team to test
- Film products with phone or camera, handling framing, light and sound
- Use AI tools for ideas, captions and narration, and check everything they produce
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Student status, and no employment or sole trade (required for the student contract)
- Editing experience in any tool, such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- A few videos to show, which can be personal or uni projects
- Feel for short-form video: holding attention, where to cut, when to add text
- Good English, since all videos are in English
Nice to have
- After Effects or other animation tools, plus sound recording and lighting
- Own channel with an audience on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram
- Experience with paid-campaign video ads or AI video and voice tools
