The role
You'll develop short-form concepts and scripts for several brands' always-on social channels, and stay involved through the shoot and the results. The team is young and based onsite in Almere.
What you'll do
- Come up with short-form concepts, formats and campaigns for different clients
- Turn ideas into clear, strong scripts
- Prepare and guide productions, and be present at shoots
- Spot trends on TikTok, Instagram and other channels and turn them into ideas
- Use results and learnings to sharpen the next rounds of content

- Strong creative instinct and daily involvement with social media
- Understand what a strong hook, storyline and format need
- Can judge what suits different brands and audiences
- Can develop ideas clearly and present them
- Good spoken and written Dutch
