The role
You'll own social content end to end for a Hamburg medical imaging practice, from planning and shooting to editing, community and performance reviews. It's a permanent, hybrid role with a flat team structure.
What you'll do
- Plan and run content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Organise and carry out photo and video shoots, then edit the footage
- Create Reels, Stories, posts and other platform-specific formats
- Manage the community and keep the photo and content library in order
- Review channel insights and adjust strategy based on performance

Must-haves
- Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Very good video editing skills in CapCut
- Good Canva skills and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator
- Confident with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for content production
