The role
You'll plan, script, film and edit TikTok videos as the face of a B Corp period care brand, then adapt them for Reels and Shorts. You'll also track results and work with marketing, sales and product teams.
What you'll do
- Script, film and edit native TikTok videos, from idea to publication
- Appear on screen as the brand and direct other talent when needed
- Adapt top content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Build a content calendar tied to launches and campaigns, and test new formats weekly
- Track reach, engagement and conversions, and reply to comments to grow the community

Must-haves
- Proven TikTok account growth with measurable results
- Natural on-camera presence, plus storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Mobile filming and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Fluent French and English, both essential
- Comfortable talking about periods openly, with humour and accuracy
Nice to have
- Health, wellness, beauty or consumer product content experience
- TikTok Shop or affiliate program experience
